Day 01: Arrive Delhi from your Destination

Today you arrive at Delhi International Airport. After clearing the custom and immigrations area you will come out in arrival hall where our company representative will be there with your pre-printed name card. Then you will be greeted with Traditional Indian welcome by our company representative and provided escorted transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day will be free after the long International flight journey to relax and accumulate to start your Secrets of Rajasthan Tour by next day. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 02:  Delhi

After breakfast you will be taken for the combined sightseeing of New & Old Delhi to visit the Birla Temple, Red Fort, Jama Mosque (Rickshaw Ride Here), Raj Ghat, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple and Qutab Minar.  Then you will be driven pass through the important Government Buildings like India Gate, Parliament House of India, President Palace and Diplomatic Area.  Evening you will be provided free in the local markets of Delhi for shopping and to see the local life. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03: Delhi – Agra

After breakfast you will be driven for the City of Taj Mahal – Agra (200 Kms, 4 Hrs). On arrival check-in to your pre-booked hotel.

After freshen-up you will be taken for sightseeing tour of Agra to visit the World Famous Monument of Love – Taj Mahal (closed on Friday), built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of her beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal after her death. You will be taken upto Taj by Traditional Tonga (Horse Cart).  Followed by the Agra Fort to see its Deewan–E–Aam, Deewan–E–Khas & Moti Masjid.  Evening time free in the local markets for shopping which famous for its marble gift items.  Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04: Agra – Ranthambore

After breakfast you will proceed for a drive to Ranthambore (Sawai Madhopur) (285 Kms, 5 Hrs Drive) en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri – the deserted red sandstone city, built by the Great Mughal Emperor Akbar as his capital and palace in the late 16th century. Fatehpur Sikri (the City of Victory) was the capital of the Mughal Empire for only some 10 years.

Later we straight drive to Ranthambore. Ranthambore National Park is one of the prime examples of Project Tiger’s conservation efforts in Rajasthan. The forests around the Ranthambore Fort were once, the private hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur. The Park sprawls over an estimated area of 400 sq Kms.

On arrival check in at Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05: Ranthambore

In wee hours of this morning gather for tea/coffee with cookies before proceeding for your audience with the “King of Jungle”. Ranthambore where the possibility of seeing a tiger – as well as many other wild animals – is as high as anywhere in India.

Return to the hotel for the Buffet breakfast.

Afternoon we’ll head back in to the park for another game drive and the chance to spot some more wildlife. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 06: Ranthambore – Jaipur

After breakfast you will be driven for the Pink City of Rajasthan – Jaipur (150 Kms, 03 Hrs Drive). On arrival check-in to your pre-booked hotel.  Rest of the day will be provided free for your independent activities in this colourful capital city. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 07:  Jaipur

After breakfast you will be taken for the sightseeing tour of Jaipur, to start with the famous Amer Fort and you will be taken up to the fort on Decorated Elephant / Jeep like a Royal King. Followed by the City Palace & Museum, Palace of Winds, Observatory and Water Palace.  Rest of the time will be provided free in local colorful markets of Jaipur popular for its Handicrafts, Silk, Spices, Gems and Jewelry. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 08:  Jaipur – Nimaj

Today we start our journey into rural Rajasthan to Nimaj (240 Kms, 05 Hrs Drive), here you will enjoy the experience of Rajasthani traditional culture. 

En-route visit Pushkar, the charming and peaceful Hindu pilgrimage centre and home of the only temple in India dedicated to the god of creation, Lord Brahma.

Continue our journey to Nimaj and stay at Nimaj Palace. Nimaj Palace is a heritage hotel which offers a different experience in princely living. The Palace has been sensitively restored to its former glory, meticulous care has been taken while refurbishing so it remains true to its original splendor and offers an unforgettable experience of royal living and hospitality. Day 09:  Nimaj

Enjoy the day with Palace facility or explore the surroundings with local life. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 09: Nimaj – Jodhpur

Leaving Nimaj behind and proceed to Jodhpur, which is affectionately known as the Blue City (110 Kms, 02 Hrs Drive). On arrival, check in at Hotel.  

Afternoon you’re met by your guide and taken for an exciting private tour of the city. Visit the impressive Meherangarh Fort which stands overlooking the whole of Jodhpur as well as getting the chance to explore the busy streets and blue houses. Jaswant Thada is a pillared marble memorial to the popular ruler Jaswant Singh II (1878-95), who purged Jodhpur of dacoits, initiated irrigation systems and boosted the economy.

You may then wish to spend the remainder of discovering the bazaars located around the clock tower. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10: Jodhpur – Bhenswara

From here we’ll continue into rural Rajasthan to Bhenswara (120 Kms, 02 Hrs Drive), On arrival, check in at Hotel Ravla Bhenswara, one of Rajasthan’s most interesting heritage properties. Surrounded by arid hills and farmland the region here is populated by the Rabari people, a semi-nomadic shepherd tribe. Rest of the day free to explore the local surroundings / enjoy the hotel facilities. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 11: Bhenswara

Morning you will be free to relax and to meet the local people on walks through the village. Optional  you can embark on a ‘shepherd’ safari, taking vintage jeeps through the region to visit the Rabari people and learn a little about their way of life, before continuing on a night time drive where we will spot wildlife in the surrounding hills. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 12: Bhenswara – Chanoud

This morning drive to Chanoud (78 Kms – 1 ½ Hrs Drive) and check in at Chanoud Garh. Your hosts are incredibly welcoming here and will help you settle into the 300-year-old palace which will allow you to experience the historic side of Rajasthan. Here you can plan different activities with you host, including going to visit the nearby villages where you can meet shepherds and Rabaris or you can enjoy a drink whilst watching the sunset across the salt lake. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 13: Chanoud

Today is at your leisure to fully explore this unique corner of India. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 14: Chanoud – Jojawar

Today we will drive to Jojawar (80 Kms, 2 Hrs Drive) and check in to our beautiful heritage hotel.

This destination offers fantastic views and the opportunity to meet the local people of this amazing place. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 15: Jojawar – Udaipur

Post breakfast drive to Udaipur (185 Kms, 04 Hrs Drive) en-route visiting Ranakpur Jain Temples and Kumbhalgarh Fort. The temple is a renowned Jain temple and is certainly one of the most impressive temples to visit while in Rajasthan. This journey is a very pleasant drive but you may like to spend longer travelling, taking the time to walk up to Kunbhalgarh Fort. On arrival, check in at Hotel. Rest of the day free to explore this lake city. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 16: Udaipur

This morning we’ll take a guided tour of some of the key sites in Udaipur such as the City Palace, the Jagdish temple and the beautiful gardens at Saheliyon-ki-Bari. This afternoon will be free to wander through the alleys and narrow streets, to take a cooking lesson or a miniature painting class. We’ll meet later in the day to take a sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 17: Udaipur – Delhi -Back Home

Post breakfast transfer to Airport to board flight to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi Airport, connect flight to back home.
